REFUND POLICY
At Trinity Hair Salon, we are dedicated to providing you and your hair with exceptional care. We do not offer refunds on salon services. However, if you have any questions or concerns regarding the service you received, please inform us within 4 days of your appointment. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, we kindly ask that you return to the salon for a visual inspection of your hair. Our team will strive to make any necessary adjustments to your satisfaction, and such adjustments are provided by the same stylist who initially performed the service, at no additional cost, upon approval by management.
Please note that this policy only covers unsatisfactory work and does not extend to changes in style or color preferences after the service is completed.
We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but last-minute cancellations or rescheduling significantly impact our business and the schedules of our stylists. For cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice, a 10% charge of the original service fee will be applied at your next visit.
NO SHOWS
Out of respect for our stylists and other clients, failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a 30% fee charge and a requirement of an advanced booking deposit for future appointments.
LATE ARRIVALS
We value punctuality and courtesy towards our stylists and other clients. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Trinity Hair Salon accepts Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Cash.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Trinity Hair Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior towards our staff members.
